Public Hearing - North End Sydney Secondary Planning Strategy
June 2, 2020
The Council of the Cape Breton Regional Municipality has scheduled a Public Hearing to consider amendments to the North End Sydney Secondary Planning Strategy and the Development Agreement in place for 52 Nepean Street, Sydney (PID 15889330). If approved, the proposed amendments would permit the serving of alcoholic beverages which are produced off-site at alcohol processing facilities in the North End Downtown Fringe Zone, subject to a signed development agreement.

Anyone wishing to comment on this proposed amendment is welcome to submit a statement by email or voicemail as outlined below. Only statements received prior to Friday, June 5, 2020 at 4:00pm and which include the name and address of the submitter will be accepted for Council’s consideration.
