Vending Machine Licence

Businesses that operate automatic vending machines within CBRM must obtain an Automatic Vending Machine Licence. Each machine requires a licence in accordance with the Automatic Vending Machine By-law (By-law V-100).

Application Requirements

  • Download and complete the Application for an Automatic Vending Machine Licence on our Forms page.
  • Include any additional documents required under By-law V-100.

Applications must be submitted in person at the Bylaw Enforcement Office.
