Property tax bills are mailed out twice a year to all residents.

Final Tax Bills
- Mailed in September
Ways to Pay
- In person at the Citizen Service Centre at City Hall (320 Esplanade, Sydney)
- Through your bank or credit union
- Online banking (add CBRM Water as a payee)
- Credit card via Paymentus secure payment page (service fee applies) or call Paymentus’ toll-free number 1-866-837-4603
- To make scheduled payment arrangements, download the Pre-Authorized Payment form on our Forms page, complete it in its entirety, and submit it with a VOID cheque enclosed. Incomplete forms will be returned.
Check your bill for the due date. Late payments may be subject to interest.
