Medication and Brain Wellness

Residents are invited to attend a free health and safety session on medication management and brain wellness hosted by CBRM Senior Safety Program on Wednesday, February 18, at 1:30 p.m. at the Beacon Street Seniors Complex in North Sydney (Building #3).

Dr. Ellen Penny and RN Lana Lamey from the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Geriatric Unit will share practical tips to support cognitive health and safe medication use.

All are welcome to attend.
