Senior Safety and Brain Wellness

Join the Cape Breton Ostomy Peer Support Group for a free senior safety session on Thursday, April 9, at 2 p.m. at the South Bar Fire Department.

Senior Safety Navigator Barry Gordon will present on the Vials of Life program. Shealene Barrett from the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia will also share tips on maintaining brain health and wellness.
