Vials of Life, Falling Prevention and Brain Health Presentation

Join us for a free session hosted by the CBRM Senior Safety Program on Tuesday, April 28, at 1 p.m. at the North Sydney Food Bank.

Senior Safety Navigator Barry Gordon will introduce the Vials of Life program and provide helpful information on senior safety awareness and fall prevention, offering practical tips to help reduce risks at home and stay safe in daily life. Shealene Barrett from the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia will also share tips on maintaining brain health and wellness.
