Brain Health, Memory & Caregiver Support

Join us for a free community session hosted by the CBRM Senior Safety Program on Thursday, May 14, at 2 p.m. at the St Barra’s Church.

Shealene Barrett from the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia will share practical tips on maintaining brain health and improving memory. Lyn Stuart from Caregivers Nova Scotia will provide an overview of programs and services available to support caregivers and community members.

All are welcome to attend.
