Rates & Regulations
The CBRM Water Utility is regulated by the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (NSUARB).
The Utility generally applies for rate & regulation changes approximately every 3-5 years. All applications for rate changes are approved by CBRM Council prior to hearing before the Board.
