Due to an event on Commercial Street, Route 1 buses will be detoured between 6 and 9 p.m.
– Glace Bay to Sydney: Buses will turn left at Tim Hortons onto Station Street, continue to Mitchell Avenue, and then resume the regular route.
– Sydney to Glace Bay: Buses will follow the same detour in reverse.
Transit riders should note that buses will not be able to service stops on Commercial Street between Tim Hortons and the Sandbar Restaurant during the detour.
