Over the next couple of months, City Hall will be undergoing a major HVAC replacement project.
The Citizen Service Centre (CSC) in the lobby will remain open to the public, except on days when the contractor requires a full building shutdown.

- Online banking (add CBRM as a payee)
- Credit card via Paymentus secure payment page (service fee applies) or call Paymentus’ toll-free number 1-866-837-4603
- Preauthorized payment- to make scheduled payment arrangements, download the Pre-Authorized Payment form on our Forms page, complete it in its entirety, and submit it with a VOID cheque enclosed. Incomplete forms will be returned.
