Important Notice About Mortgage (PIT) Payments
Many banks are no longer collecting and forwarding property tax payments through mortgage (PIT) arrangements.
Please review the “Mortgage Company” section on the front of your tax bill:
- If a mortgage company is listed, they may still be submitting payments on your behalf.
- If no mortgage company is listed, your bank is no longer paying your taxes for you. You will need to make payments directly to the municipality.
