Charlotte Street will be closed from Dorchester Street to Townsend Street, including the corresponding side streets, beginning at approximately 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, and remaining closed until approximately 1 a.m. on Sunday, September 27.
The closure is in place for Lumière Cape Breton Festival, taking place from 7 p.m. to midnight on Saturday, September 26.
Additional parking and shuttle service to and from Open Hearth Park, available for the Cape Breton Pro Rodeo, will also be available to Lumière attendees.
