Starting tomorrow, Friday, July 17, a detour will be in place on Commercial Street in North Sydney due to road work.
All regular traffic will be routed from Commercial Street through Peppett Street, then Pleasant Street, then King Street before returning to Commercial Street.
Transit and emergency vehicles will still be able to travel through Commercial Street as usual, while all other vehicles must use the detour.
Work will take place from 7 a.m. to about 6 p.m. each day, with no detour on the weekend. The project is expected to last roughly one week, and traffic will be able to use Commercial Street as normal outside of working hours.
